By accessing or using the ASoc Electronics website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Products and Pricing
All products listed on ASoc Electronics are genuine, authorised items. Prices are shown in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $75. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
You may return most products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging and accessories. Digital products and opened software are non-refundable. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
6. Limitation of Liability
ASoc Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
